Twestival LA Local 2009

The second Twestival LA took place at Level 3 at Hollywood and Highland on Sept. 13th, 2009. I had such a fabulous time there.

I want to thank The Island of Hawaii for sponsoring the event and entertainment! They made were a big help in getting the event together. My favorite part of the night was meeting all the great people that I knew online, in real life! You were all great, and thank you so much for coming and supporting our charities: CHRYSALIS and LA Regional Foodbank!

That night, I was even lucky enough to have Chris Thompson serenade to me his Twitter Dance song! It was just totally awesome. :)

And at the end of the night, Dr. Hollywood performed their hit, “We Run LA.” The audience loved it!

Suzanne Marques did an amazing job hosting the event. And many thanks to the other organizers who worked really hard to put this event together: @techfrog @DvinMsM @mikeprasad @shiralazar @benthemorrison and everyone who tweeted, volunteered, and made a generous donation to the event and charities. You’re the best!
