We left San Francisco early in the morning and arrived in South Lake Tahoe around 2pm.. just in time for our first snowmobile ride! We got to ride around snowy mountains for 2 hours and it was so much fun and adventurous!

New Year’s Eve was fabulous! We headed into San Francisco at 11pm to see the fireworks on the waterfront. I guess we should have expected there to be a lot of traffic. My friends and I got out of the cars to get a closer look of the bridge and fireworks. It was an amazing show! Happy New Year everyone!

After the crowds left, my friends took us to Treasure for the great view of the Bay bridge. We got some incredible shots in the super cold weather! It was such a great night and a wonderful way to kick off the new year!

Next stop.. Tahoe for snow!

I’m on a little roadtrip with my college friends! We’re all heading up to Northern Cali to spend the holidays together. We’ll be at the big countdown event at the SF Waterfront. Anyone wanna join us? :) See you in 2010! Happy New Year!

Every year my college friends and I get together to celebrate the holidays and just reconnect again. This year was extra awesome because we did a White Elephant gift exchange. If you never played it before, it’s quite simple. Just bring a wrapped gift and each person takes turn opening one. The person that goes after has the option of stealing an opened gift or opening a new one, and so on. It’s quite fun. ;) The kids all got the gifts they wanted, and everyone had a blast. I had a fabulously memorable night! Thanks for planning Viv & Ann! :)

Oh yes, this was the gift I won at the party. No, not the penguin mug, but the pet rock. lol Luckily there were two movie tickets attached to the gift as well. Woot! Time to go see Avatar!

And Albert got his gifts stolen left and right. He ended up stealing the toilet roll with lottery tickets attached to it. Funny gifts. :) I can’t wait until next year!
