Today would be just another ordinary day at home with the exception that it’s my 24th birthday. :) Didn’t do much except the usual waking up after 9am, going to the bathroom, showering, eating, and eating some more. Al did come over tonite with some surprises up his sleeves. But you’ll have to read on to find out.

Woke up at 9:24am today. I sleep in more when it’s a weekend or holiday. :) Usually I try to get up at 7:45am - 8:15am. Sometime between there. ^_^

I opened the blinds and took a glance outside. Yikes. It looks so cold! Now I’m glad I stayed home today. heh

The first thing I did when I woke up was boot up my computer. heh Well, you see three computers in the picture, but I was talking about my laptop. The computer behind it is my sisters’ and the computer to the right is our very first computer that’s never ever to be used again. heh Packard Bell. Enough said. :)

Ok, now I’m ready to leave my room. Notice all the handcrafted Sanrio stuff all over the closet and door. :) Oh yes, and the dolphin calendar. ^_^

My sisters came in and gave me a birthday balloon. Awww. ^_^

I surfed around, reading all the sweet birthday wishes. ^_^

I start walking into the family room and see my sisters decorating the place with Christmas stuff.

I’m heading towards the kitchen, but I have to pass through the living room first. Believe it or not, that’s a coconut tree in my living room. My mom loves plants, and our house feels like a greenhouse at times. heh

I didn’t see anything good to eat, so back to the computer I went. Ahh, time to relax and play my favorite dinosaur game.

After 3 games, I remembered how Al told me not to waste too much time on that game. So for the next few hours, I worked on a layout for this site.

My sister brought in some fresh grown persimmons for me after I ate breakfast. Yummy. They’re one of my favorite fruits. These are grown right in my backyard. :)

I took another look outside. Brrrr… It looks so cold!

See, I told you we had a persimmon tree in the backyard. :)

My sister saw the camera I was holding and this was her reaction. haha

My other sister is too busy eating and watching tv that she didn’t even see me with the camera. She’d probably run also if she did. heh

I told you. The moment she saw the camera, she ran away. Oh well, at least there’s a clear view of what every house should have — a rice cooker!

More Christmas decorations by my sisters. This is our marble dining table, however, we’re not allowed to use it. My mom loves that table so we’re forbidden to even sit on it.

I snuck in the kitchen to see what my mom was cooking — a large pot of fried rice. Mmm…

Took a shower at 7pm. I love Pantene. ^_^

It’s 8:30pm. Al said he’s come over at 7pm… and that’d he call me before that. *sigh* I’m still waiting…

My family watching my brother play a video game.

Instead of calling me, Al decided just to show up in front of my door. heh My heart was pounding when my sisters ran into my room and told me he was here already. I missed him, didn’t get to see him for a whole day! And now here’s here and he just handed me a gift. I opened it, and to my surprise, it was jewlery. ^_^ Wow… a beautiful gold and white gold bracelet.

He also surprised me with ice cream cake! My favorite! MMmmmmm!

Amazingly, he also got me a birthday card. He never gets me cards before. heh I guess that makes this one even more special. He told me to go read the card in private, so I went to my room.

Aww, and here’s the inside of the card. It’s filled with such the sweetest words. *sigh* And don’t you love how it says “US” in the middle. :)

My sister came into my room and pointed at my clock. She then said, “hey look, it’s your birthday!” heh I turned to look at the clock and there it was, displaying 11:29 PM :) So I snapped a pic of that.
