Day 7.. We woke up early to finish packing and checked out of the hotel. And then headed to North Shore again. We liked this area. We stopped by the Dole Plantation to do some shopping. Anything you can imagine in pineapple — you can find here! Candy, t-shirts, stuffed toys, keychains, and ice cream! I only stopped by the store, but there was enough for me to play with that I was quite happy!
Day 6.. My husband and I went searching for Paper Island because that was one of the places I wanted to go on our visit. Our wonderful GPS took us in circles all morning. We even ended up driving around Chinatown, and no scrapbook store in site. We eventually found the Honolulu store after making a few 360′s and wrong turns. It was a lot smaller than I imagined. After talking to the store manager, it turns out that this is their card and invitation location. The bigger store is actually in Waikiki (where I was at!) haha I had a great chat with the store manager though. Very friendly people. He even gave me a small tour of his store. Check out the clip.
